Re: Best microdermabrasion cream/kit for oily skin! I have used the Neutrogena microderm kit, and it never caused any breakouts for me, and I am acne prone. Re: Best microdermabrasion cream/kit for oily skin! Baking soda is too mild as an exfoliator for me. I really like to scrub my face hard because my skin is not sensitive and it really improves ...
I did my first 40% LA full body peel last night and I pretty much needed to rinse it off immediately. I poured the baking soda/water mix all over me to neutralize the peel but it felt like I poured gasoline on myself and lit a match!!! Is it supposed to BURN?? needless to say, I won't ever be using that again It burned me as well, which is why I only applied to my body from then on. I believe it feels this way because your skin if pretty much the battle ground for the base and the acid to neutralize each ...

One of the posts on the TCA peel thread mentioned using nail polish remover (acetone) to prep the skin for a more effective peel. Would this be a good idea for a lactic and/or glycolic peels? Any plain nail polish remover on a cotton pad will work right? Acetone, witch hazel and rubbing alcohol are all used as prepping agents, usually to get dirt and skin oils ...

I check for help with red marks and google displays me a lot of sites that say use baking soda and wash it off after 30 seconds and use acv for 10 minutes and wash it off. Then at night use the lemon juice and egg white mask. My question is... is baking soda good for red marks? I heard baking soda can actually make your face get worst.
